This wine dinner event features four courses expertly prepared by Chef Gregory, showcasing Southwest France, a paradise of culture, vinyards and gastronomy. Featured wines will be paired with dishes on our prix-fixe menu. Clement will lead this interactive tasting, introducing selections from Jurancon to Marcillac. Sip and learn about these very special, rare and native grapes and the terroir of this region.
